“I am passionate about yoga as a discipline for the body and mind. My teachings also reflect the influences of intensive studies with Lance Schuler, creator of Inspya yoga which instils the power of deep observation, self-liberation, and purification.

My classes weave together my passion for yoga, curiosity for new and challenging adventures, as well as a deep connection to nature and its many wonders. Drawing from common threads of the Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Inspya yoga, I cater my classes to all levels. There is a deep emphasis on proper alignment, posture, and breath awareness with sequences that challenge – promoting health and balance. My passion is working with individuals to create their own practice.”
