With 11 years’ experience working and living on Superyachts as a Chief Stewardess, Gill now combines this knowledge & understanding of luxury service and the needs of high-end guests with her passion in the Wellness Industry to bring her clients a very bespoke experience.

Gill practices a fully holistic approach to wellness offering her clients a bespoke package for body, mind & soul helping them reach their desired goals.
Her love of yoga started in 2001 when she began practicing Ashtanga yoga on the Côte d’Azur, France. Delving deeper into many other styles and practices of yoga, she qualified as a yoga instructor in Bali.

Gill practices a fully holistic approach to wellness offering her clients a bespoke package for body, mind and soul helping them reach their desired health and lifestyle goals. She helps them feel amazing in their bodies and full of energy & vitality.

Gill’s style of teaching is energizing & balancing Hatha Vinyasa Flow and healing with calming Restorative yoga, incorporating guided meditations and yoga nidra.
Gill offers nutrition & health advice and programs based on her clients’ needs and current lifestyles, delivering a 360° change into every client’s life.
