Retrain Your Second Brain as You Discover the Power of Gut Health. Detoxify, Reboot and Heal.
From the 11th to the 14th August 2018, you can step back in time on the magical island of Sark, an officially designated Dark Sky Preserve. By switching off your devices and embarking on a digital detox, you will discover a new kind of light, immersing yourself in nature. With no cars or street lighting, Sark is one of the best places to view the starry night sky. Over seven thousand stars and planets are visible to the naked eye here, the Milky Way stretching like a ribbon across the black horizon.
From Blue Light to Starlight – Digital Detox Retreat
Life Butler is offering two bespoke wellness retreats in 2018 which focus on technology disconnection and improving gut health to lift serotonin levels. Going well beyond the individual wellness therapies of yoga, massage and facials, these retreats have been carefully crafted to support attendees in taking the first steps on their happiness journeys. In addition to the following retreats, Life Butler is also able to create custom retreat programmes for yachts.
Life Butler prides itself on hand-picking the very best butlers. They are, after all, the backbone of the company. With creativity, professionalism, passion and expertise, the butlers create the inimitable sparkle which our guests expect and deserve. Our relationships with these masters of their craft are special to us, and as a team we forge inspirational partnerships.
There’s no feeling like it – the comforting wall of heat that greets you as you step inside a sauna.
Relaxing into the intense heat and allowing your pores to open and the sweat to pour down your body is a vastly therapeutic act, one which can have profound influences on your wellness. But just why is sweat bathing so good for you?
Superyachts are the epitome of luxury and relaxation. The immaculate décor and finest facilities are complemented by Mother Nature’s own paintbrush. Yet they are in danger of falling behind the luxury hospitality industry and the reason is the increasing demand for wellness.
A superyacht may be a floating palace exuding beauty and luxury, but we all know that the real temple is our own body. Today wellness is more than a global trend, it is a movement and way of life, with people more aware than ever before of its importance.
